1. Who we are

Splitprint is a trade name of Wiby, based in the Netherlands. Splitprint designs and produces the race artefacts and handles customer service.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer by Splitprint and to every distance contract between Splitprint and you as a consumer. These terms are made available to you before you order; you can save or print them.

3. The offer

Splitprint supplies personalised race artefacts: a 30×40 cm print on 200gsm matte paper with the split data of your Hyrox race, each station compared against your own category, including a digital version and a field comparison report as PDF. The data comes from the official, publicly published race results.

Every offer contains a description that is complete and accurate enough to properly assess the product. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Splitprint.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the site are in euros and include VAT. Shipping within the European Union is included in the price. Delivery outside the European Union is only available on request by email; any additional costs are confirmed up front.

You pay through Gumroad, Inc., our payment partner and merchant of record. Gumroad processes the payment, calculates and remits VAT and sends you the invoice. You see the final amount on the payment page before you confirm. Production starts after payment has been received.

5. The contract

The contract is concluded when you place the order, the payment through Gumroad has been completed and Splitprint confirms the order by email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, in particular the name, the selected race and the delivery address.

6. Delivery

You receive the digital version by email after payment. The print is produced and shipped per race batch; the indicative delivery time is around 2 weeks in the Netherlands and 2 to 3 weeks in the rest of the European Union. For the acrylic framebox a few extra days apply due to mounting. Delivery takes place at the address you provided. Stated delivery times are indicative and are not strict deadlines.

7. Right of withdrawal

The race artefact is made to your specifications and is clearly personalised (your name, your race, your splits). Under EU and Dutch consumer law (Article 6:230p sub f under 1 of the Dutch Civil Code), such a product is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. This means you cannot cancel the purchase for a refund during a cooling-off period. You explicitly confirm this during checkout, before you pay. The data accuracy guarantee below is separate from this.

8. Conformity and guarantee

Splitprint warrants that the product complies with the contract, with the specifications stated in the offer and with legal requirements. On top of that, our data accuracy guarantee applies: if even one split is wrong, you get your money back, no questions asked. Report it within 14 days of receipt via hello@splitprint.store with a photo or screenshot; you will receive, at your choice, a full refund or a corrected copy free of charge. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint about the performance of the contract? Email it, fully and clearly described, to hello@splitprint.store. We respond within 14 days; if handling takes longer, you will receive a confirmation of receipt with an indication. If we cannot resolve it together, you can also submit your dispute through the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Personal data

Splitprint processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement.

11. Independence

Splitprint is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX. Brand names are used descriptively only.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every contract.
